If you are from UK, just log into your account and click HERE Dress and save the Smurfette and done, the animated Smurfette will be at your suite.
If you are from anywhere else you should need to use a manual proxy
Try any one of these:

After setting the proxy go here:
Log in to your account and now go here:
Dress and save the Smurfette.
Thats all, Now you can leave the proxy and go to Stardoll as usual. The animated Smurfette will be at your suite.
