If you aren't on Turkey, Follow these steps:
1)Go to any Turkish web proxy site like -

ippath.net/proxy2 OR sweetserver.info/ OR httpdserver.info OR unblockanonymous.info
2)Copy and Paste or Type stardoll link on proxy's URL/Address blank bar

3)Click Go, You'll be redirected to stardoll home page, Log in
4)On proxy's URL:/Address: bar Copy&Paste this link instead
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3823
5)Click Enter/Go and another contest page will load
6)Tick ANY answer and Click on Enter competition
7)Close the proxy and Go to stardoll.com as usual
