Stardoll's reply about deleted accounts (UPDATE)

Hello all,
yesterday we contacted stardoll staff and asked them about deleted accounts and the reason behind that.. now ilovehelly's account  has been reactivated thanks so much stardoll for considering our request
  we got the following reply from stardoll

"Stardoll customer service center

Whilst we appreciate your concerns it's worth highlighting a few points.

Stardoll is heavily moderated, several times of day, by a dedicated staff.
Those who got deleted created designs that broke our One-stop rules
and they were made fully aware of those breaches of the agreement.

Whilst we value the supremely creative designs of our many dollies all
around the world, it is important to understand that Stardoll is an
experience for many kids from many different cultures.
Some of which means they do not appreciate some designs of questionable taste.

We have the One-Stop rules for a reason and hope together we can make
Stardoll a fun and safe environment for all our users.
