1) Go to any Turkish web proxy site like -
publicproxy.in/ OR sweetserver.info/ OR httpdserver.info OR unblockanonymous.info
2)Copy and Paste or Type stardoll link on proxy's URL/Address blank bar

3) Click Go, You'll be redirected to stardoll home page, Log in
