If you aren't on USA, Follow these steps:
1)Go to any* USA web proxy like -
proxite.us/ OR dontfilter.us/ OR bypassthe.net/ OR sslpro.org/
2)Copy&Paste or Type stardoll link on proxy's URL/Address bar
http://stardoll.com
3)Click Go button or Press Enter key on keyboard
4)Log in stardoll using the proxy
And you got the dress, now you can
5)Leave the proxy and Go to stardoll as usual
Dress will be in a Monster High bag next to your wardrobe [:
*Disclaimer - lately there have been appearing web proxies that doesn't allow "viewing" stardoll.com I really don't know why.
